Richard Wouters (1966) on uurija Hollandi Rohelise partei mõttekojas Wetenschappelijk Bureau GroenLinks. Richard Wouters (1966) is a researcher at Wetenschappelijk Bureau GroenLinks, the think tank of the Dutch Green party. For the Green European Foundation (GEF), he produced the report Geopolitics of a Post-Growth Europe, about the tensions and synergies between geopolitical security and degrowth. He is currently leading the GEF project New Idealism for a Disrupted Europe, which aims to learn lessons from Central and Eastern Europe when it comes to standing up for democracy, human rights, and the (international) rule of law, including through military and civil defence.
